输气管道干线截断阀关断统计分析与预防措施探讨

摘　　要：长输管道作为国家石油、天然气能源输送的重要基础设施,通常会在站场之间设置支干线截断阀门,用于进行工艺处置及应急处置。目前国内输气管道干线阀室截断阀一般都设置有“在线爆管检测保护”功能,用于实现支干线自动紧急关断。然而在投产、运营过程中,经常出现由于人员、施工、设备本体等原因导致截断阀异常关断的情形,本文主要对典型异常关断时间进行分类、分析,从技术、管理、预防性维修等方面提出管控措施。As an important infrastructure for national oil and gas energy transmission,long-distance pipeline usually sets branch lines and block valves between stations for process disposal and emergency disposal.At present,the block valve in the main valve chamber of domestic gas transmission pipeline is generally equipped with the function of "on-line pipe burst detection and protection",which is used to realize the automatic emergency shutdown of branch and main lines.However,in the process of production and operation,the abnormal shutdown of block valve often occurs due to personnel,construction,equipment body and other reasons.This paper mainly classifies and analyzes the typical abnormal shutdown time,and puts forward control measures from the aspects of technology,management and preventive maintenance.
