摘 要:随着海上油气勘探开发的不断进行,部分平台设备腐蚀老化严重需对其进行弃置处理,平台弃置的关键技术之一是套管的切割与封堵,目前海上油气井弃置已逐渐成为一项工程热点。而弃井用大直径割捞一体的套管切割工具一直被国外垄断,此工具主要针对新型大直径割捞一体打捞矛总体方案设计,关键结构,关键部件有限元分析等方面进行了研究,为国内海上大直径割捞一体弃井工具的研制提供了重要参考。With the continuous development of offshore oil and gas exploration and development,some of the platform equipment is seriously corroded and aging,which needs to be disposed.One of the key technologies of platform disposal is hole disposal and plugging.At present,offshore oil and gas well disposal has gradually become a hot project.However,the casing cutting tool with large diameter cutting and dredging has been monopolized by foreign countries.This tool mainly focuses on the overall scheme design,key structure research,finite element analysis of key components,prototype trial production and other aspects,providing an important reference for the development of large diameter cutting and dredging tool at home and abroad.
