摘　　要：为加速石油企业的数字化转型,需要建设企业数据中台。数据治理体系构建是企业数据中台的灵魂。通过构建组织体系、制度体系、标准体系等完备的钻完井液固井数据治理体系,实现了钻完井液固井数据的共享与互联互通;完成对井史数据的清洗,提高了井史数据质量;同时体系的有效运行,能够确保新的钻完井液固井数据高效高质量地沉淀,为大数据分析及智能应用奠定坚实数据基础。利用构建的数据治理体系,完成对堵漏数据的清洗与统计分析,分析出漏失原因,并对堵漏措施的效果进行了评价,验证了数据治理体系的有效。In order to accelerate the digital transformation of petroleum enterprises,it is necessary to build enterprise data platform.The construction of data governance system is the soul of enterprise data platform.Through the construction of complete drilling and completion fluid cementing data management system such as organization system,institutional system and standard system,the sharing and interconnection of drilling and completion fluid cementing data is realized;the cleaning of well history data is completed,and the quality of well history data is improved;at the same time,the effective operation of the system can ensure that the new drilling and completion fluid cementing data are precipitated efficiently.Using the constructed data management system,the cleaning and statistical analysis of lost circulation data are completed,the causes of leakage are analyzed,and the effect of plugging measures is evaluated,and the effectiveness of the data governance system is verified.
