摘  要:油田在经过较长时间的开发生产后,由于产能衰竭或其他原因导致油气产量降低、油气井利用效率低,为了提高油气井产能同时兼顾降低建井成本,利用老井眼部分井身结构,从套管内开窗侧钻新的较小井眼从而钻达新的目的层位的技术工艺。技术措施通常利用斜向器和开窗铣鞋,在套管既定位置将套管磨穿而形成规则的窗口,然后用定向钻具钻出新的较小井眼。这种方式现场易操作,施工工艺相对比较简易,能够较好的满足钻井平台后期对油藏再次开发挖潜,增产效果明显。Oilfield in after a long time of development and production,due to the failure or other reasons lead to oil and gas production capacity reduction,low utilization efficiency of oil and gas Wells,in order to improve the oil and gas well production capacity both at the same time reduce the cost of building the well using old eye part of well bore structure,from the new casing window sidetracking the slimhole to drilling technology to do a new horizon.Technical measures typically use a whipstock and window mill to grind through the casing to form a regular window at a given location,and then use a directional drill to drill a new,smaller hole.This method is easy to operate in the field,and the construction technology is relatively simple.It can better meet the needs of the drilling platform to exploit the reservoir again in the later stage,and the stimulation effect is obvious.
