摘 要:由于油藏的不确定性,导致水平井着陆段不断变化存在不确定性,预设的套管下入方案已经满足不了现场施工要求,现场作业人员不得提前调整套管下入方式而有充足准备时间,因此着陆段钻进过程中基于实测轨迹的套管下入方案实施优化调整就显得尤为重要。本文以南海东部某油田水平井设计为基础,结合实时轨迹数据反演摩阻系数模拟计算,预判着陆段原有下套管方案已不能满足作业需求,需采用相应的漂浮接箍下套管方案。Due to the uncertainty of the reservoir,there is uncertainty in the continuous change of the landing section of the horizontal well.Original casing running plan cannot meet the onsite requirements.On-site operators have to adjust the casing running method in advance to be sufficient preparation time.Thereby,it is particularly important to optimize and adjust the casing running plan based on the measured trajectory during the drilling in the landing section.Based on the design of a horizontal well in the east of the South China Sea,combined with real-time trajectory data to invert the friction coefficient simulation.It is predicted that the original casing running plan in the landing section can no longer meet the operation requirements,floating collar proposal will be essential.
