摘　　要：对贵州省分级诊疗政策进行回顾梳理,归纳总结了贵州省分级诊疗的实践历程,发现贵州省分级诊疗制度推行过程中存在顶层制度设计不完善、资源配置不均衡、各方利益不协调等问题。提出了加强顶层设计、合理配置资源、协调利益关系及丰富政策工具等针对性建议,旨在为相关政府部门和医疗机构制定、实践分级诊疗政策提供参考。This paper reviews the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy of Guizhou Province,and summarizes the practical course of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in Guizhou Province.It finds some problems of that imperfect design of the top-level system,unbalanced allocation of resources and uncoordinated interests of all parties in the implementation process of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in Guizhou Province.This paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening top-level design,rational allocation of resources,coordinating interest relations and enriching policy tools,which aim to provide reference for formulating and practicing the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment policy by relevant government departments and medical institutions.
