摘　　要：浙江是习近平总书记“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念诞生地,是国家建设高质量共同富裕示范区。在“两山”理念转化中,如何兼顾效率与共同富裕问题,是深化“两山”理念践行的重要议题。通过深入分析与阐释“两山”理念的三大思维与五大转化概念,以及“两山”转化的效率体现、路径选择与制度创新,围绕财富共享、共富发展与利益机制三个层面,对“两山”转化中的效率与共同富裕问题作出针对性的讨论。Zhejiang is the birthplace of the “Green Mountains are Gold Mountains”(“Two Mountains” for short) theory, and the demonstration area for building high-quality common prosperity in China. Under the guidance of the “Two Mountains” theory, it is important for Zhejiang to further study how to promote common prosperity. Elaborating the thinking of worst-case scenario, development and transformation of the “Two Mountains” theory, and the concept, connotation, path, mechanism and keys in the transformation of the “Two Mountains”, this paper analyzes the efficiency, the route and mechanism innovation of the transformation of the “Two Mountains”, then it studies the wealth sharing, common prosperity development and benefit mechanism in the transformation of the “Two Mountains”.
