摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法在活性炭上担载Cu制备低温、高效的Cu/AC脱硝催化剂,研究Cu在不同担载量下对催化剂催化活性的影响,并对催化剂的物化性质运用TGA、BET和XRD进行表征。结果表明:金属氧化物在载体的表面有较好的分布,促进了催化反应的进行;Cu/AC催化剂的形态结构主要是CuO,由煅烧温度和担载量决定;Cu的担载量在5%~10%之间具有较好的催化性能,此时光降解率达到80%。Low-temperature and high-efficiency Cu/AC denitrification catalyst was prepared by loading Cu on activated carbon with equal volume impregnation method,the effect of different Cu loadings on the catalytic activity of the catalyst was investigated,and the physical and chemical properties of the catalyst were characterized by TGA,BET and XRD.The experimental results showed that the metal oxide was well distributed on the surface of the carrier,and the catalytic reaction was promoted.The morphology of the Cu/AC catalyst was mainly CuO,which was determined by the calcination temperature and the loading.The Cu/AC catalyst loading 5%~10%Cu had better catalytic performance,the photodegradation rate reached 80%.
