摘 要:以马来酸酐(MA)、烯丙基磺酸钠(SAS)、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为单体,采用水溶液自由基聚合法制备MA-SAS-HEMA共聚物阻垢剂。为优化共聚物阻垢剂制备工艺以提高阻垢性能,采用Plackett-Burman试验与Box-Behnken响应面法联用对显著因素进行优化,获得最优的制备条件。结果表明:当单体摩尔比n_(MA)∶n_(SAS)∶n_(HEMA)=1.72∶1∶0.68、引发剂过硫酸铵(APS)用量为8.62%、反应温度为81.72℃时,制得阻垢剂阻垢率最高可达93.59%,阻垢效果最优。用SEM观测垢样形态,可以看出垢体畸变明显,且呈松散低密度状态,表明筛选及优化后的MA-SAS-HEMA共聚物阻垢性能优良。MA-SAS-HEMA copolymer scale inhibitor was prepared by free-radical polymerization in aqueous solution with maleic anhydride(MA), sodium allyl sulfonate(SAS) and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) as monomers. In order to optimize the preparation process of copolymer scale inhibitor and improve the scale inhibition performance, Plackett-Burman test and Box-Behnken response surface method were used to optimize the significant factors and obtain the optimal preparation conditions.The results showed that when the monomer ratio nMA∶nSAS∶nHEMA=1.72∶1∶0.68, the amount of ammonium persulfate as initiator was 8.62%, and the reaction temperature was 81.72 ℃, the scale inhibition rate of prepared copolymer scale inhibitor reached 93.59%, and the best scale inhibition effect was achieved.SEM was used to observe the scale morphology, and it could be seen that the scale distortion was obvious, and the scale was loose and low density, indicating that the screened and optimized copolymer of MA-SAS-HEMA had good scale inhibition performance.
