摘  要:机械堵水技术是高含水油藏后期分层注水开发过程中调控各油层注水量的重要方法,能够有效调整采出剖面,具有效率高、针对性强、成本低等特点。随着科技的不断进步,机械堵水工艺不断发展,堵水有效率不断提高。但油田进入特高含水期后,地下油水分布更加复杂,由于长期注水,各层之间含水率差异越来越小,堵水选层时,难以准确选择封堵层。近年来国内外学者不断致力于发展选层技术,以提高机械堵水的应用准确性。针对不同类型的机械堵水工艺,介绍了封隔器管柱、井下流入控制装置的适用油井类型及封堵效果,给出了不同类型机械堵水工艺的增油降水基本情况。结合研究和应用情况,阐述了机械堵水工艺目前存在的问题及未来研究方向,指出机械堵水工艺在油井堵水中具有广泛的应用前景,特别是智能找堵水一体化技术是未来发展方向。Mechanical water shutoff technology is an important method to control the water injection volume of each reservoir in the later stage of layered water injection development of high water-cut reservoirs.It can effectively adjust the production profile and has the characteristics of high efficiency,strong pertinence,and low cost.It has the characteristics of high efficiency,high pertinence,low cost and so on.With the continuous progress of science and technology,mechanical water plugging technology is constantly developing,its water plugging efficiency is constantly improving.However,the distribution of underground oil and water becomes more complex after the oilfield enters the period of extra high water cut.Because of long-term water injection,the difference of water content between each layer is smaller and smaller,it is difficult to accurately select and seal the plugging zone.In recent years,domestic and foreign researchers have continued to devote themselves to the development of layer selection technology to improve the application accuracy of mechanical water shutoff.According to the different types of mechanical water plugging technology,the suitable types of oil well and the plugging effect of packer string and downhole inflow control device were introduced,and the basic information of oil increment and precipitation of different types of mechanical water plugging technology were given.Combined with the research and application,the existing problems and future research directions of mechanical water plugging technology were expounded.It was pointed out that mechanical water plugging technology would have a wide application prospect in oil well water plugging,especially the integrated technology of intelligent water searching and plugging would be the future development direction.
