摘 要:经过40多年的开发,N区块一类油层含水率达到98%,单井日产量低,层间和层内矛盾日益加剧,亟须开展一类油层二次注聚开发。运用数值模拟方法,研究剩余油分布情况,在此基础上对聚驱注入参数进行设计及优选,预测聚驱提高采收率效果。结果表明:聚合物驱合理注入速度、注入量和注入质量浓度分别为0.16 PV·a^(-1)、1.0 PV和1600 mg·L^(-1);优化方案聚驱阶段采出程度为14.45%,最终采收率为63.66%,与常规水驱相比,采收率提高了12.71%。本研究为矿场进一步提高原油采收率提供理论依据。After more than 40 years of development,the water cut of the first-class oil layer in Block N reached 98%with low daily production of single well and serious inter-layer and in-layer contradiction,so it is necessary to develop first-class oil layer with secondary polymer flooding.In this paper,the distribution of remaining oil was studied using numerical simulation method,and the injection parameters of polymer flooding were designed and optimized,and the effect of polymer flooding was predicted.The research results showed that,the reasonable injection rate,injection volume and injection concentration of polymer flooding were as follows:0.16 PV·a^(-1),1.0 PV and 1600 mg·L^(-1)respectively;the stage recovery of optimized polymer flooding was 14.45%,and the final recovery was 63.66%,which was increased by 12.71%compared with conventional water flooding.This study provides a theoretical basis for further improving recovery in the field.
