摘 要:抑郁症是以显著而持久的心境低落为主要临床特征的精神类疾病,而全球抑郁症的患者呈现明显上升趋势,已然变成人类重大疾病。盐酸度洛西汀是良好的抑郁症治疗药物,由于原料的不同合成度洛西汀路线较多。综述了化学法和酶催化合成盐酸度洛西汀合成路线,并对各路线进行分析比较。Depression is a psychiatric disease with significant and lasting depression as its main clinical feature. The number of patients with depression worldwide has shown a clear upward trend and has become a major human disease.Duloxetine hydrochloride is a good treatment for depression. Due to the different raw materials, there are many ways to synthesize duloxetine.In this article, the chemical synthesis and enzyme-catalyzed synthetic routes of duloxetine hydrochloride were reviewed, and these routes were analyzed and compared.
