摘  要:本研究旨在探究不同叶色的番茄材料光合特性的变化,以及不同材料如何通过叶片颜色的差异适应环境。从番茄种质中选取叶片颜色差异最大的2个基因型HTS-056和HTS-069,研究叶片颜色、叶片中色素含量以及叶片厚度之间的关系,同时测定不同时间的光合作用。结果表明,两个品种在光合作用潜能上没有显著差异,但HTS-069光合碳同化的能力更强,其叶片颜色较深,叶片增厚与叶绿素含量和类胡萝卜素含量增高有关。HTS-069更易受到“午休”的影响,从黑暗中恢复光合作用的能力也较弱。以上结果表明不同叶片颜色的番茄可能采用不同的生存策略。This study aims to explore the changes of photosynthetic characteristics of tomato materials with different leaf colors and how different materials adapt to the environment through the difference of leaf colors.Two genotypes HTS-056 and HTS-069 with the largest difference in leaf color were selected from tomato germplasm to study the relationship between leaf color,leaf pigment content and leaf thickness,and the photosynthesis at different time was also measured.The results showed that there was no significant difference in photosynthetic potential between the two cultivars,but HTS-069 had better photosynthetic carbon assimilation ability.Its leaves were darker in color,and the thickening of leaves was related to the increase of chlorophyll content and carotenoid content.HTS-069 is more susceptible to nap time and is less able to recover photosynthesis from darkness.These results suggest that tomato with different leaf color may adopt different survival strategies.
