摘 要:本研究通过SPSS软件,对82种耐寒睡莲栽培品种进行种质资源表型性状的方差分析、变异系数分析、性状间R型聚类分析和品种间Q型聚类分析,并运用层次分析法对其进行观赏性评价。结果表明,表型性状中,花色分布频率差异小(σ=8%),花色丰富度高;褶皱星芒状和牡丹形这两种观赏性评分较高的花型仅占比9%。数量性状中,花瓣数在耐寒睡莲品种间变异系数高达0.43,品种间差异最大,具有较强的杂交遗传改良的潜力。R型聚类分析中,花药颜色和叶片背面颜色距离最近,相关度最高,其他性状则距离较远。Q型聚类分析中,82种耐寒睡莲品种在欧式距离为23.5时聚成两大类,欧式距离为18.5时进一步聚成六小类。观赏性评价中,13种耐寒睡莲(‘美洲之星’,‘黑公主’,‘黄查林’,‘克莱得’,‘金奖’,‘红蛋白石’,‘佩里红星’,‘活力玫瑰’,‘紫珍妮’,‘戴维斯’,‘晨曦’,‘苏丹’,‘圣女白’)为Ⅰ级品种,花色多为鲜艳,花瓣数较多,有很高的观赏及园林应用价值。本研究结果为耐寒睡莲种质资源利用、品种选育和应用提供理论基础。In this study,variance analysis,coefficient of variation analysis,R-type clustering analysis and Q-type clustering analysis of phenotypic traits of 82 kinds of hardy waterlilies were conducted by SPSS software,and their ornamental value was comprehensively evaluated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Among the phenotypic character the results showed that the difference of flower color distribution frequency was small(σ=8%),and the flower color richness was high.There are only 9%of the two flower types with higher ornamental scores,the folded star awn type and the peony type.Among the quantitative traits,the coefficient of variation of petal number among cold tolerant water lily varieties was as high as 0.43,and the difference among varieties was the largest,which indicated that it had strong potential for genetic improvement.In R-type cluster analysis,the distance between anther color and leaf back color was the closest,and the correlation degree was the highest.Other instead.In Q-type cluster analysis,82 hardy waterlilies cultivars clustered into two groups when the European distance was 23.5,and further divided into six groups when the European distance was 18.5.The 13 kinds of hardywaterlilies(N.’American Star’,N.’Black Princess’,N.’Charlene Strawn’,N.’Clyde lkins’,N.’Gold Medal’,N.’Perry’s Fire Opal’,N.’Perry’s Red Star’,N.’Perry’s Vivid Rose’,N.’Pygmaea Rubra’,N.’Rosy Morn’,N.’Sultan’,N.’Virginalis’)were of grade I.Most of the flowers are bright colored,with a large number of petals,which are of high ornamental and garden application value.The results provide a theoretical basis for the utilization of hardy waterlily germplasm resources,breeding and application of hardy waterlily.
