摘 要:为了加快芜菁种质资源育种进程,筛选耐抽薹品种,本试验将46份不同品种芜菁在2℃条件下人工春化30 d后,在25℃光照15 h、20℃黑暗9 h环境中进行常规栽培管理,观察其抽薹情况,筛选出17份极耐抽薹品种,2份极易抽薹品种。其中芜菁品种W05最早抽薹开花,W10和W38两份品种极易抽薹,抽薹率均为100%。利用隶属函数法将所有品种分为五类。由抽薹指标的相关性分析可知,显蕾期与开花期成极显著正相关,叶片数与花薹长呈极显著正相关,蕾薹长与薹高差和抽薹速度呈极显著正相关,薹高差与抽薹天数和抽薹速度呈极显著正相关。利用主成分分析筛选出显蕾期、开花期、抽薹天数和叶片数四个主成分,这四个指标可代表所有抽薹指标85.34%信息。通过综合得分发现,筛选出的四个主成分在不同品种间的表现不同。本试验结果可为芜菁耐抽薹品种的选育提供理论依据。In order to speed up the breeding process of turnip germplasm resources and screen bolting-resistant varieties,46 different varieties of turnip were artificially vernalized at 2℃for 30 d,and then carried out in an environment of 25℃light for 15 h and 20℃darkness for 9 h.Routine cultivation and management,observe its bolting situation,screened out 17 varieties that are extremely resistant to bolting,and 2 varieties that are extremely easy to bolt.Among them,the turnip variety W05 bolted and bloomed first,and the two varieties W10 and W38were easy to bolt,and the bolting rate was 100%.All varieties are divided into five categories using the membership function method.From the correlation analysis of bolting indicators,it can be seen that there is a very significant positive correlation between the bud-blooming period and the flowering period,the number of leaves and the length of the stalk are very significantly positively correlated,and the length of buds and spurs are very significantly positively correlated with the height difference and bolting speed.The height difference was extremely significantly positively correlated with bolting days and bolting speed.Principal component analysis was used to screen out the four principal components of budding period,flowering period,bolting days and leaf number.These four indicators can represent 85.34%of all bolting indicators.Through the comprehensive score,it is found that the performance of the four main components selected is different among different varieties.This experiment can provide a theoretical basis for the selection of turnip varieties that are resistant to bolting.
