摘　　要：本文主要分析了连续退火线平整缺陷及其控制措施,目的是降低由于平整机问题对连续退火线造成的质量损失,进一步提高连续退火线产品质量。目前世界上较为先进的平整机设备就是连退线平整机。但是连退线平整机逐步提产后,出现的问题也越来越多。比如平整斜纹缺陷、浪型缺陷、平整液残留缺陷、边皱缺陷、橘皮缺陷、锟印缺陷以及横弯缺陷等。如何消除以上表面缺陷是相关人员研究的重点。This paper mainly analyzes the leveling defects of continuous annealing line and its control measures,in order to reduce the quality loss of continuous annealing line caused by the problem of leveling machine and further improve the product quality of continuous annealing line.At present,the more advanced leveling machine equipment in the world is the continuous return line leveling machine.However,there are more and more problems after the continuous return line leveling machine is gradually put forward.Such as flat twill defect,wave type defect,flat liquid residual defect,edge wrinkle defect,orange peel defect,roller printing defect and transverse bending defect.How to eliminate the above surface defects is the focus of relevant researchers.
