小型五相感应电机转子槽数选取分析

摘　　要：三相电机定子槽数常选取3的倍数,由于相数不同,五相电机定子槽数往往选取5的倍数,因此三相电机定转子的槽数匹配无法适用于五相电机。现有文献对五相电机的研究主要针对电机分析、性能研究等方面,对五相鼠笼感应电机的槽匹配、转子槽数选取问题研究极少。本文针对某水下航行器使用的定子40槽的特种小型五相感应电机,采用多回路法和绕组函数法相结合方法,对电磁力计算进行了定性分析,从避免振动、噪音角度对转子槽数进行了初步筛选;利用仿真和计算软件,对定子槽数为40时,24槽、26槽、28槽、30槽、32槽、34槽转子的小型五相感应电机的起动特性、转矩特性、定子电流波形和径向气隙磁密等进行了综合仿真和对比分析,得出26槽、34槽适合作为定子40槽的小型五相感应电机的转子槽,26槽为优选的结论。The number of stator slots of three-phase motors is usually a multiple of 3.Due to the different number of phases,the number of stator slots of five phase motors is often selected as multiple of 5,so the slot number matching of stator and rotor of three-phase motors cannot be applied to five phase motors.The existing literatures on five phase induction motors mainly focus on motor analysis,performance research and so on.There are few studies on slot matching and rotor slot number selection of five phase squirrel cage induction motors.A special small five phase induction motor with 40 stator slots used in an underwater vehicle was analyzed qualitatively by combining multi loop method with winding function method and electromagnetic force calculation,and the rotor slot number was preliminarily screened from the perspective of avoiding vibration and noise;the simulation and calculation software were used to calculate the rotor slot number when the stator slot number is 40,24 slot,26 slot,28 slot,30 slot,32 slot,34 slot rotating speed.The starting characteristics,torque characteristics,stator current waveform and radial air gap flux density of small five phase induction motors were simulated and compared.It is concluded that slot 26 and slot 34 are suitable for rotor slot of small five phase induction motors with stator 40 slots,and slot 26 is preferred.
