碳中和目标下农业绿色技术创新体系构建的哲学研究

摘　　要：我国农业绿色发展要以高质量发展为主题,以深化农业供给侧结构性改革为主线,以构建绿色低碳循环发展的农业产业体系为重点,强化农业绿色发展科技动能。碳中和目标的设定既对农业绿色发展提出了更高要求,也具有特殊地推动作用。碳中和目标下,农业绿色技术创新需巩固农村脱贫攻坚成果,促进农民全面发展,同时需要警觉“伪生态农业技术”冒用,通过技术创新降低多源、分散性的碳排放,积极促进农业生产中闭环式的物质能量流动,避免“物质变换断裂”导致的人与自然关系失衡。在农业绿色发展过程中,只有将生态效益、经济效益和社会效益相结合,才能充分发挥农业绿色发展的技术动能,促进我国碳中和目标的实现,从而实现人与自然、人与社会和人与自我的三重和谐。To strengthen scientific and technological driving forces for agricultural green development,the plan of China’s agricultural green development should identify high-quality development as the theme,deepening agricultural supply-side structural reform as the general policy,building a green and low-carbon circular agricultural industrial development system as the focus.Setting carbon neutrality targets not only puts forward higher requirements for agricultural green development,but also plays a special role in promoting it.To achieve carbon neutrality targets,agricultural green technology innovation will need to secure the achievements of rural poverty-alleviation work,promote the comprehensive development of farmers,be alert to the possibility of“pseudo ecological agriculture technology”used,reduce multi-source,dispersed carbon emissions through technological innovation,actively promote the closed-loop type of material and energy flow in agricultural production,avoid the imbalance between man and nature caused by material transformation fault.In the process of agricultural green development,only the combination of ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit can give full play to the technological kinetic energy of agricultural green technology development,promote the realization of carbon neutrality in China,so as to realize the triple harmony between man and nature,man and society and man and self.
