摘 要:为了便于规范监测水体中藻类种类以及验证人工基质对水体中着生藻类种类的监测结果,在水体底部放置了人工基质进行自然培育,对投放14 d后人工基质与该流域原有的天然基质上附着的着生藻类进行了定性、定量分析。结果显示:人工基质上发现了与天然基质95%的相同藻种,该结果证明了人工基质取代天然基质进行着生藻类分析的可行性。通过对比分析,发现人工基质比天然基质在监测河流着生藻类方面更具备优势,可以替代天然基质开展监测。In order to standardize the monitoring of algae species and confirm the monitoring results of artificial substrates on the algae species in waters,artificial substrates were placed at the bottom of waters for natural cultivation.The artificial substrate and the attached algae on the native and natural substrate of the waters were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that 95%of the same algae species were found on the artificial substrate,which proved the feasibility of replacing the natural substrate with the artificial substrate.Through the comparative analysis,it is found that the artificial substrate has more advantages than the natural substrate in monitoring algae in river,and the artificial substrate can replace the natural substrate in the academic field of algae monitoring.
