摘 要:采用单层熔喷布、活性炭纤维和熔喷布+活性炭纤维复合过滤材料对发生源产生的颗粒物进行过滤,检测其过滤性能,考察了时间、复合层级对过滤材料污染物去除效果和压力损失的影响。结果表明:使用熔喷布加活性炭净化效果优于单层材料,其过滤阻力有一定增加但不明显,容尘量和使用寿命可得到提升,具有较好的过滤性能。Single layer melt blown cloth,activated carbon fiber and melt blown cloth+activated carbon fiber composite filter materials were used to filter the particles produced by certain sources,and their filtration performance was tested.The effects of time and composite level on the pollutant removal effect and pressure loss of the filter materials were investigated.The results show that the purification effect of melt blown cloth plus activated carbon is better than that of single-layer material.The increase of filtration resistance is not obvious.The dust capacity and service life are improved with better filtration performance.
