摘　　要：森林食品产业具有良好的自然品质、极高的附加值及广阔的市场空间,使其成为了林业产业可持续发展和乡村振兴的新增长点。在实地调研的基础上,分析了湖南森林食品产业发展的区域特征,揭示了影响湖南森林食品产业区域发展的因素包括自然条件、政策因素、技术因素和人员素质。从政策、技术、平台和标准化等方面提出了湖南森林食品产业发展的区域策略,包括加强政策扶持和资金支持力度、实施科技创新与促进人才培养、培育龙头企业,树立品牌意识和构建森林食品标准化体系与数字化平台等。Forest food industry has become a new growth point for sustainable development of forestry industry and rural revitalization due to its good natural quality,high added value and broad market space.On the basis of field research,the regional characteristics of Hunan's forest food industry development were analyzed.The factors affecting the development of Hunan forest food industry area are revealed,including natural conditions,policy factors,technical factors and the personnel quality.On the basis of this form,the aspects of policy,technology,platform and standardization in Hunan areas of forest food industry development strategies are put forward,such as strengthening policy support and financial support,implementing scientific and technological innovation,promoting personnel training,cultivating leading enterprises,establishing brand awareness and building forest food standardization systems and digital platforms.
