摘 要:本文创新性地提出护展两阶段Network BCC Global Malmquist指数,对广东省2011-2017年区域专利效率的动态演化及增长来源进行分析;采用Dagum基尼系数和探索性空间统计分析等方法对区域专利效率的空间特征进冇研究.实证研究表明:(1)2011-2017年广东区域专利全要素生产率提高了29.21%,全要素生产率的提高来源于专利研发生产率的提高,专利经济转化生产率出现下降.(2)推动技术进步是提高广东区域专利全要素生产率的关键,专利经济转化阶段的技术退步是广东省创新发展中存在的主要问题.(3)广东区域专利效率的空间不平衡呈下降趋势,区域间专利效率的交叉重叠现象和区域内不平衡是导致空间不平衡的主要原因.(4)区域专利效率具有空间正相关性,珠三角地区已形成广州-深圳-东莞-惠州-中山-珠海6市构成的科技创新走廊,清远-肇庆-韶关3市为广东省区域专利效率冷区.This article innovatively proposes an extended two-stage Network BCC Global Malmquist index to analyze the dynamic evolution and growth sources of regional patent efficiency in Guangdong Province from 2011 to 2017.The methods of Dagum Gini coefficient and exploratory spatial statistical analysis are used to analyze the spatial characteristics of regional patent efficiency.Empirical research,shows that:(1)From 2011 to 2017,Guangdong's regional patent total factor productivity increased by 29.21%.The increase in total factor productivity stemmed from the increase in patent R&cD productivity,and the patent economic conversion productivity declined.(2)Promoting technological progress is the key to increasing the total factor productivity of regional patents in Guangdong Provine.The technical regression in the stage of patent economic transformation is the main problem in the innovation and de-velopment of Guangdong Province.(3)The spatial imbalance of regional patent ficiency in Guangdong Province is showing a downward trend.The overlapping phenomenon of patent fficiency between regions.and intra-regional imbalance are the main reasons for the spatial imbalance.(4)Regional patent efficiency has a positive spatial correlation.A science and technology innovation corridor involving Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Dongguan,Huizhou,Zhongshan,Zhuhai 7 cities have been formed in The Pearl River Delta.Qingyuan,Zhaoqing and Shaoguan are three patent fficiency cold areas in Guangdong Province.
