摘 要:腐蚀速率是评价材料腐蚀程度的重要参数,对材料的安全可靠使用尤为重要。为了通过腐蚀材料的模态分析预测其腐蚀速率,依据材料损伤力学理论中材料的损伤可以用损失因子ω表示的观点,将该理论引入到材料腐蚀损伤过程,对材料处于均匀腐蚀的情况下,材料腐蚀损伤因子ω与腐蚀速率v和时间t的函数关系进行了分析,同时为实现对腐蚀损伤因子的表述,根据弹性材料振动理论,对腐蚀损伤因子ω与材料腐蚀前后的固有频率比w_(n)′/w_(n)之间的关系进行了研究,在此基础上构建了基于模态分析的均匀腐蚀速率预测模型。通过理论分析和计算表明,该模型对材料的平均腐蚀速率进行预测是可行的,其预测结果对于材料的腐蚀程度评价具有一定参考价值,同时也为腐蚀速率的预测提供一种新方法。Corrosion rate is an important parameter to evaluate the corrosion degree of materials,especially for the safe and reliable use of materials.In order to predict the corrosion rate of materials by the modal analysis of corroded materials,according to the damage mechanics theory of material,the damage of material could be expressed as loss factorω,which could be introduced into the process of material corrosion damage.When the material was under uniform corrosion,the functional relationship between materials corrosion damage factorωwith corrosion rate v and time t was analyzed.Additionally,for gaining the expression of corrosion damage factor,according to the theory of elastic material vibration,the relationship between corrosion damage factorωand natural frequency ratio w_(n)′/w_(n) of materials before and after corrosion was studied.On this basis,a uniform corrosion rate prediction model based on modal analysis was further built.The theoretical analysis and calculation showed that the model was feasible to predict the average corrosion rate of materials,and the prediction results had reference value for the evaluation of the corrosion degree of materials,which also provided a new prediction method for the prediction of corrosion rate.
