摘　　要：对电镀硬铬的槽液成分进行简介,并从槽液配制、分析、日常管理3个方面提出了对镀铬槽液质量控制的要求,以确保槽液稳定可靠,从而为制件电镀硬铬质量提供保证。A brief introduction to the composition of the bath solution for electroplating hard chromium was given.Besides,the requirements for quality control of chromium plating bath solution were put forward from three aspects of bath solution preparation,analysis and daily management to ensure the stability and reliability of bath solution,which would guarantee the quality of hard chromium plating for parts.
