摘  要:液压拉伸器紧固螺栓法具有无摩擦因数影响,省时、省力等优点,但容易发生螺栓过载破坏或螺栓预紧不到位等安全隐患问题,同时鲜有文献对其负荷损耗系数F进行工程论证。对液压拉伸器紧固螺栓的相应实测数据进行“个值与平均值的偏差程度、平均差、标准差”分析,开展异常数据剔除。用实测伸长量这个单变量来求解力,对液压拉伸器的设定拉力与螺栓紧固后残留预紧力的关系进行研究,找出修正规律,提升了液压拉伸器紧固螺栓法在工程应用上的可靠性。The bolt tightening method by hydraulic stretcher has the advantage of no friction factor,timesaving and laborsaving,but it is prone to potential safety problems such as bolt overload damage or insufficient bolt pre-tightening,while there is little literature to demonstrate its load loss coefficient F.The "deviation degree,average deviation and standard deviation between individual value and average value" of the corresponding measured data of tightening bolts by hydraulic stretcher are analyzed and the abnormal data is eliminated.The measured elongation is used as a single variable to solve the force,the relationship between the set tension of the hydraulic stretcher and the residual pre-tightening force after bolt tightening is studied,the correction law is found out,and the reliability of the bolt tightening method by hydraulic stretcher in engineering applications is improved.
