摘  要:为了系统研究立式烘干筒的能量消耗,以某3000型沥青混合料立式搅拌设备为对象,对其采用的立式烘干筒进行能耗试验研究,并对试验结果进行分析计算,得到立式烘干筒的生产率及燃气消耗率。通过分析烘干筒内热量传递规律,计算得出该立式烘干筒的热效率为76.4%。介绍能耗试验及烘干筒热效率的计算过程,为后续立式烘干筒改进及研究烘干筒内传热过程提供了理论依据。In order to systematically study the energy consumption of the vertical drying drum,a type-3 000 vertical mixing equipment for asphalt mixture is taken as the object to carry out the energy consumption test and research on its vertical drying drum,the test results are calculated and analyzed,and the productivity and gas consumption rate of the vertical drying drum are obtained.By analyzing the heat transfer law in the drying drum,the thermal efficiency of the vertical drying drum is 76.4%.The energy consumption test and the calculation process of the thermal efficiency of the drying drum are introduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent improvement of the vertical drying drum and the study of the heat transfer process in the drying drum.
