摘 要:混凝土搅拌楼的主、副楼部分一般为钢桁架结构,桁架节点用螺栓连接。螺栓连接存在数量多,制作及安装不便的缺点。目前,节点处用销轴的连接方式已经逐渐运用到钢结构,新的GB 50017—2017《钢结构设计标准》为销轴节点设计提供了理论依据。以HL400-4F5000L型混凝土搅拌楼为例,对其主楼部分进行整体分析,提取节点力,以GB 50017—2017为设计依据,得出销轴及耳板尺寸,并运用有限元软件对销轴节点建模分析。采用销轴连接的混凝土搅拌楼在混凝土生产期间,钢结构主体运行良好,销轴连接部位未发现异常,与螺栓连接相比,缩短了工期,减少了人工成本,提高了经济效益。The main and auxiliary parts of the concrete mixing plant are generally steel truss structured,and the truss joints are basically connected by bolts.The bolt connection has the disadvantages of large quantity and inconvenient manufacture and installation.At present,the connection mode of pin joints has been gradually applied to steel structures.The new Standard for design of steel structures GB 50017-2017 provides a theoretical basis for the design of pin joints.Taking the HL400-4 F5000L concrete mixing plant as an example,its main plant is analyzed as a whole,the joint forces are extracted,the dimensions of the pins and lugs are obtained according to the design basis in the Standard for design of steel structures,and the pin joints are modelled and analyzed by using the finite element software.During the concrete production of the concrete mixing plant with pin connection,the main body of the steel structure runs well,and no abnormality is found at the pin connection part.Compared with the bolt connection,the construction period is shortened,the labor cost is reduced,and the economic benefit is improved.
