摘 要:电动轮矿车作为露天矿山的骨干运输工具,其电传动系统的可靠性直接影响车辆性能和矿山运行效率。牵引电机作为电传动系统的传动终端,其外特性和工况适应性是系统设计时的关键指标。结合不同牵引电机的特性、露天矿山的运行环境、矿车实际运行工况,以及矿车电传动系统对牵引电机的要求,分析研究牵引电机在矿车领域的应用现状和发展趋势。Electric wheel mine truck is the backbone means of transport in open-pit mines,and the reliability of its electric drive system is directly related to the performance of the vehicle and the operation efficiency of the mine.As the transmission terminal of the electric drive system,the external characteristics and working condition adaptability of the traction motor are the key indicators of the system design.Combined with the characteristics of different traction motors,the operating environment in the open-pit mine,the actual operating conditions of the mine car and the requirements of the electric drive system of the mine truck for the traction motor,the status and development trend of the traction motor in the field of mine car are analyzed and studied to guide the design of electric drive system of mine truck.
