摘 要:册田水库建于永定河上游桑干河干流上,是北京官厅水库的一座拦沙水库,水库规模为大(Ⅱ)型水库,防洪标准为100 a一遇设计,2000 a一遇校核。水库自1960年运用至今已建成60 a,从未进行过清淤,目前水库淤积量已达到2.5亿m^(3),占到总库容的40%以上。实施水库清淤是册田水库增效扩容的重要手段,能够增加水库库容,提高水库调度的灵活性;水库清淤对于保障下游官厅水库正常运用和保障北京安全十分必要而且迫切。本文分析了册田水库的历史淤积情况,论述了水库清淤的必要性,通过比选不同清淤方法和清淤范围,给出经济合理、技术可行的清淤实施方案,为水库防洪减灾、库区生态改善、区域水资源可持续提供技术支撑。Cetian Reservoir was built on the main stream of Sanggan River in the upper reaches of Yongding River.It is a sand-retaining reservoir of Guanting Reservoir in Beijing.The scale of the reservoir is a large(Ⅱ)reservoir.The flood control standard was designed for once in 100 years and checked for once in 2000 years.The reservoir has been built for 60 years since it was put into use in 1960 and has never been dredged.At present,the siltation volume of the reservoir has reached 250 million cubic meters,accounting for more than 40%of the total storage capacity.The implementation of reservoir dredging is an important means for increasing the efficiency and capacity of Cetian Reservoir.It can increase the capacity of the reservoir and increase the flexibility of reservoir scheduling.Reservoir dredging is necessary and urgent to ensure the normal operation of the downstream Guanting Reservoir and ensure the safety of Beijing.This paper analyzed the historical siltation of Cetian Reservoir,discussed the necessity of reservoir desilting,and gave the economically reasonable and technically feasible desilting implementation scheme by comparing different desilting methods and scope,so as to provide technical support for flood control and disaster reduction,ecological improvement and sustainable regional water resources.
