摘　　要：轮胎式地铁铺轨车主要用于地铁铺轨项目的轨道板(或轨排、模板)钢筋、混凝土罐等运输安装工作,施工地点一般为地铁区间等狭小空间。探讨5种典型的铺轨车结构形式,并在此基础上,根据施工需求进行改进,提出一种新型的轮胎式地铁铺轨车形式。该新型铺轨车可通过回转支承调节轮组倾角,吊点能多样化调整,在隧道内行驶时可自动保持整车水平并具有自纠偏功能,操作轻松省力,调整便捷,提高了施工效率。The tire-type subway track laying vehicle is mainly used for the transportation and installation of the track slab(or track panel,formwork) rebar and concrete tank of the subway track laying project,and the construction site is generally narrow space such as subway section.Five typical structural forms of the track laying vehicle are discussed,and on this basis,according to the construction requirements,a new type of tire-type subway track laying vehicle is proposed.The new vehicle can adjust the inclination of the wheel set through slewing rings,and the lifting points can be adjusted in a variety of ways.When running in the tunnel,it can automatically maintain the level of the whole vehicle and has the function of self-deviation correction.It is easy to operate,labor-saving and easy to adjust,which improves construction efficiency.
