摘　　要：SWDP120H型随钻跟管钻机是山河智能装备股份有限公司(简称山河智能)自主开发的一款适用于我国大部分地质条件的大直径预制管桩施工设备,尤其适用于溶洞层、硬隔层等复杂地质和毗邻建筑、地下管线丰富等特殊环境。介绍SWDP120H型随钻跟管钻机的技术参数、总体尺寸、性能特点和施工案例。该机采用多项核心关键技术,可施工管桩直径大,地层适应广,施工精度高,绿色环保,满足复杂地层大直径预制管桩的施工要求。Model SWDP120H drilling with pipe cased drill is the large-diameter prefabricated pipe pile construction equipment developed by Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Sunward Intelligent),which is suitable for most geological conditions in China,especially suitable for complex geology such as karst cave layer and hard partition layer and special environment adjacent to buildings and with underground pipelines.The technical parameters,overall dimensions,performance characteristics and construction cases of model SWDP120 H drilling with pipe cased drill are introduced.The drill adopts a number of core key technologies,which can construct pipe piles with large diameters,has wide adaptability to stratum and high construction accuracy,is green and environmentally friendly,and meets the construction requirements of large-diameter prefabricated pipe piles in complex stratum.
