摘　　要：筒状精密制造品生产成本高,形位公差精度高,转移和运输过程中一旦保护不周,极易发生搬运变异,导致不合格品产生。针对筒状精密制造品需要安全和高效地转移和运输的问题,提出一种新型筒状结构转移车,该车结构简单,成本低,承载大,可根据目标体大小进行自由调节,适合多种工况,具有减振缓冲,适用范围广,复杂路况适应性好和一机多用等优点,解决了从卸装到组装过程中,筒状结构精密制造品可能发生的包括圆度在内的各种形位公差变异问题。Tubular precision products have high production costs and high geometric tolerance accuracy.In case of inadequate protection during the transfer and transportation process,it is very likely to have handling variations,resulting in unqualified products.For safe and efficient transfer and transportation of cylindrical precision products,a new transfer car with cylindrical structure is proposed.It has the advantages of simple structure,low cost,large capacity,free adjustment according to the size of the target body,suitability for a variety of working conditions,vibration damping and buffering,wide application range,good adaptability to complex road conditions and multifunction,which solves the problem of various geometric tolerance variations such as roundness that may occur in the process of unloading and assembly of the precision products with tubular structure.
