摘  要:随着超大直径盾构制造技术的发展,某项目泥水盾构直径已达15 m,其核心部件均采用厚板焊接结构形式。基于该型盾构实际生产技术要求,针对厚板结构焊接制造难点,从焊接材料选择、焊接性评价、焊接参数控制等方面进行工艺分析,借助于焊接接头力学性能试验,确定了相应的焊接技术措施,并成功应用于实际产品制造,为国内超大直径泥水盾构和硬岩掘进机(TB M)焊接结构的设计和制作提供成功案例。With the development of manufacturing technology of shield with super large diameter,the diameter of slurry shield in a project has reached 15 m,and its core components are all in the form of thick plate welding structure.Based on the actual production technical requirements of this shield,in view of the manufacturing difficulties of thick plate structure welding,the process is analyzed from the aspects of welding material selection,weld ability evaluation and welding parameter control.In conjunction with the mechanical property test of welded joints,the corresponding welding technical measures are determined and successfully applied to the actual product manufacturing,providing a successful case for the design and manufacture of welding structures of slurry shield with super large diameter and tunnel boring machine(TBM).
