摘 要:减噪飞行程序作为一种消减机场航空器噪声影响的有效措施,被众多国家与大型民用机场所采纳。但是由于各个机场的周边情况差异,减噪飞行程序的适用性与减噪效果均有所不同。通过航空器噪声的NPD插值计算法,以FAA开发的综合噪声软件INM为工具,结合飞行程序剖面信息,计算并分析了国内外流行的减噪飞行程序的减噪特性与效用,证明了减噪飞行程序具有良好的减噪效益,为减噪飞行程序在国内的实施提供有效的指导。As an effective measure to reduce aircraft noise,noise abatement flight procedures has been adopted by many countries and large civil airports.However,due to the difference of surrounding conditions of each airport,the applicability and effect of noise abatement flight procedures are different.Based on the NPD interpolation method of aircraft noise,calculates and analyzes the noise reduction characteristics and effectiveness of the popular noise abatement flight procedures by using the integrated noise software INM developed by FAA and combining with the flight procedure profile information.It is proved that the noise abatement flight procedures have good noise reduction benefits,so as to provide effective guidance for the implementation of noise abatement flight procedures in China.
