摘　　要：电信运营商互联网技术(Internet Technology,IT)支撑系统经过20年的演进历程,从“技术服务支持”阶段发展到“丰富应用系统”阶段,满足了传统业务发展的需要。在全社会数字化转型的今天,IT支撑系统也在向“赋能业务发展”阶段演进,未来的IT支撑系统不仅要为业务提供技术支持,更要深入参与到业务流程中去,打造IT支撑系统的云原生体系,提升客户体验,实现业务高质量发展。After 20 years of evolution,the Internet Technology(IT)support system of telecom operators has developed from the stage of"technical service support"to the stage of"enriched application system",which meets the needs of traditional business development.In today's digital transformation of the whole society,the IT support system is also Evolving to the stage of"enabling business development",the future IT support system must not only provide technical support for the business,but also deeply participate in the business process,build a cloud-native system of the IT support system,improve customer experience,and achieve high-quality business developing.
