摘　　要：讨论了一种利用PIN管特性设计的吸收式单刀单掷开关。该开关采用串并联结构的设计方法,通过金丝压焊技术进行装配,同时设计了驱动电路,最终研制成了工作频率为0.6~3 GHz、插损小于2.5 dB、隔离度大于80 dB、电压驻波比小于1.5以及开关时间小于1μs的PIN管吸收式单刀单掷开关,并已经可以在微波系统中广泛应用。This paper discusses a kind of absorption single-pole single-throw switch designed by using the characteristics of PIN tube.The switch adopts the design method of series and parallel structure,and is assembled by wire welding technology.Meanwhile,the driving circuit is designed.Finally,a PIN tube absorption single-pole singlethrow switch with operating frequency of 0.6 to 3GHz,insertion loss less than 2.5dB,isolation greater than 80dB,voltage standing wave ratio less than 1.5 and switching time less than 1μs has been developed.It can be widely used in microwave systems.
