摘  要:模具温度是影响压铸件成形质量的一个重要因素,为保证压铸模在连续生产过程中保持在合理温度范围,模具型腔的冷却至关重要。在压铸模设计前期采用CAE收缩缺陷分析,确定模具型腔需要重点冷却的部位。基于CAE的分析结果,结合下缸体铸件的结构分析,合理地进行模具型腔部位的冷却系统设计,缩短了模具设计制作周期,提高了压铸生产率,改善了铸件质量。Mold temperature is an important factor that affects the quality of die casting.In order to keep the mold in a reasonable temperature range during continuous production,the cooling of mold cavity is very important.In the early stage of die design of the die casting,CAE shrinkage defect analysis was used to determine the key cooling parts of the die cavity.Through the analysis of the CAE results and the structural analysis of the lower cylinder block casting,the cooling system design of the mold cavity was carried out reasonably,the mold design period was shortened,the productivity of the die casting was increased,and the casting quality was improved.
