摘 要:CO_(2)水玻璃旧砂湿法再生污水的碱性重、浊度高、成分复杂,需要进行处理才能达到国家排放标准。为了降低再生污水的pH值和浊度,首先对比CaCl_(2)和MgCl_(2)粉末处理污水的效果,CaCl_(2)能明显降低污水的pH值和浊度,进而探究CaCl_(2)溶液浓度、反应时间对污水处理效果的影响。结果表明:100 mL水玻璃旧砂湿法再生污水,加入质量分数20% CaCl_(2)溶液作为处理剂,混合搅拌4 min,能有效地将污水浊度降低到20以下,pH从碱性变到中性。进一步分析处理后沉淀物XRD图谱,发现沉淀晶体主要由SiO_(2)、CaCO_(3)和CaSiO_(3)组成,且CaCO_(3)和CaSiO_(3)能够起到加速固体悬浮物絮凝沉降的作用。CO_(2) sodium silicate used sand wet reclaimed sewage has heavy alkalinity,high turbidity,and complex composition,and it needs to be treated to meet the national discharge standards.In order to reduce the pH value and turbidity of the reclaimed sewage,firstly,comparing the treatment effects of CaCl_(2) and MgCl_(2) powder,the CaCl_(2) significantly reduced the pH value and turbidity of the reclaimed sewage,and then explored the influence of the CaCl_(2) solution concentration and reaction time on the sewage treatment effect.The results showed that the CaCl_(2) solution effectively reduced the turbidity of the sewage to below 20,and the pH changed from alkaline to neutral,after 100 mL sewage from wet reclamation of the CO_(2) sodium silicate sands was treated by adding mass fraction of 20% CaCl_(2) solution as a treatment agent,and mixed and stirred for 4 min.Further analysis of the XRD patterns of the treated precipitation,precipitation crystals were mainly composed of SiO_(2),CaCO_(3),and CaSiO_(3),and CaCO_(3) and CaSiO_(3),which could accelerate the flocculation and sedimentation of suspended solids.
