摘 要:目的对超临界二氧化碳流体(SC-CO_(2))萃取植物药活性成分的研究进展进行综述。方法通过检索近10年相关文献,将SC-CO_(2)萃取植物药活性成分的研究按香豆素与木脂素、挥发油、多糖、黄酮、生物碱和单体成分进行归纳总结和讨论。结果SC-CO_(2)对于植物药中脂溶性活性成分具有较好的萃取效果,萃取率优于传统方法;对于植物药中亲水性活性成分,通过优化萃取参数,使用夹带剂等方式亦可取得较为满意的效果,所萃取的多糖类成分可以保持更好的生物活性。结论SC-CO_(2)适用于多种植物药活性成分的萃取,但依然存在一定的缺陷,需要进一步研究改进。Objective To reviewed the research progress of supercritical carbon dioxide fluid(SC-CO_(2))for extraction of active components from botanicals.Methods Through searching the relevant literature in the past 10 years,the research on SC-CO_(2)extraction of active ingredients of botanicals was summarized and discussed according to coumarin and lignin,volatile oil,polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids and monomer components.Results SC-CO_(2)has a good extraction effect on fat-soluble active ingredients in botanicals,and the extraction rate is better than traditional methods.For thewater-soluble active ingredients,by optimizing extraction parameters,using entrainers and other methods can achieve more satisfactory results,and the extractedpolysaccharide ingredients can maintain better biological activity.Conclusion SC-CO_(2)is suitable for the extraction of active components of various botanicals,but there are still some defects,and further research and improvement are needed.
