摘　　要：阐述软PLC具有结构灵活、性价比高的特点,为了扩展软PLC技术的应用范围,将软PLC技术应用到了开放式数控系统,并进行程序设计。实验结果表明,软PLC可以准确地完成开放式数控系统中开关量控制的功能,从而提高数控系统的开放程度。This paper expounds that soft PLC has the characteristics of flexible structure and high cost performance. In order to expand the application scope of soft PLC technology, soft PLC technology is applied to open CNC system and program design is carried out. The experimental results show that the soft PLC can accurately complete the function of switching value control in the open CNC system, so as to improve the openness of the CNC system.
