摘　　要：阐述"枫桥经验"的替代性纠纷解决经验,在网络背景下对传统社会治理模式与争议解决模式的分析,有利于将经验转化为长效机制,从而指导制度变革中遇到的实务问题。This paper expounds the alternative dispute resolution experience of "Fengqiao Experience", and analyzes the traditional social governance model and dispute resolution model under the network background, which is conducive to transforming the experience into a long-term mechanism, so as to guide the practical problems encountered in the system reform.
