摘　　要：阐述在复杂的光线条件下的面部识别算法,提供了一个面部识别装置,它可以在不可见的环境中提供照明,包括面部识别装置、控制至少两种不同类型的补光亮度。This paper expounds the characteristics of data center, combined with the current situation of budget management, starting from the new model of data-driven, technology driven and performance driven budget integrated management, effectively integrates budget integrated management with various teaching, scientific research and other businesses, so as to build a service system of budget management.
