摘　　要：阐述PDCA循环理论特点,小区物业管理系统的设计与实现,从而提高管理的效率,促进物业管理的规范化和科学化。This paper expounds the characteristics of PDCA cycle theory and the design and implementation of community property management system, so as to improve the efficiency of management and promote the standardization and scientization of property management.
