摘　　要：本文主要是针对柴油滤清器对发动机启动性的影响进行分析研究,燃油系统中低压油路有气是导致发动机起无法启动、启动困难或者自动熄火的一个主要原因;而柴油滤清器作为燃油低压系统的重要组成部分,其不仅起到过滤杂质和水保证喷油泵和喷油器正常工作的作用,其对发动机的启动性也有较大的影响。本文主要是从柴油滤清器的设计、匹配以及布置上阐述其对发动机启动性的影响,对于后期柴油滤清器的设计、匹配及布置也具有重要指导意义。In this paper,the influence of Fuel filter on engine start-up performance is analyzed.The air in low pressure fuel circuit in fuel system is the main reason that causes the engine not to start,difficult to start or auto-stop.As an important part of fuel low pressure system,Fuel filter not only filter impurities and water to ensure the normal operation of the fuel injection pump and injector,but also have a greater impact on the start-up of the engine,in this paper,the effect of Fuel filter on engine start performance is discussed from the aspects of design,match and arrangement,which is of great significance to the design,match and arrangement of the later fuel filter.
