X5032主轴共振分析及立式铣削表面精度研究

摘  要:为了研究铣床主轴系统在不同转速下可能产生的共振对表面精度的影响,利用有限元分析软件建立了X5032型铣床主轴的几何模型,采用六面体单元对主轴进行了网格划分,通过模态分析法提取了主轴的固有频率和振型,分析了主轴系统在各阶模态下的共振对表面精度的影响。结果表明:周期性的惯性力不会引起铣床主轴系统模态的共振,对铣削精度无影响;但在精铣中,由切削反力引起主轴系统前两阶模态的共振会影响铣削的表面精度。To research the accuracy influence caused by resonance of the milling machine spindle system in different spindle revolution.Firstly,hexahedral element is used to mesh the geometry model of the X5032 milling machine spindle.Secondly,the natural frequency of the spindle and the vibration mode is obtained via the modal analysis method.Then,the paper analyzed resonance in different modes,the effects of resonance to the milling precision.The results show that the periodic inertia force does not cause modal resonance in spindle system and has no influence on the precision.However,the first two order modes which are caused by cutting force in milling spindle system have effects on the precision in milling.
