摘　　要：随着近些年来我国经济的飞速发展,汽车保有量也持续增长,汽车制造企业争先恐后地创新,努力满足市场用户的更多需求,让所制作的汽车的功能越来越多,功能的增加也意味着用电设备的增加,而连通这些用电设备就要用到繁多的线束。在汽车制造过程当中,如何减少如此多的线束在进行装配时而发生的质量问题就是重中之重。本文对现有车型汽车线束的种类及布置原则和固定保护类配件做了简单介绍,浅析了汽车总装生产车间生产过程中汽车线束类问题,运用《3824法则》从人、机、料、法、环五个方面针对线束类问题进行故障的识别、分析和改善,做到减少线束类问题发生的频率,从而提升整车装配质量,提升企业形象。With the rapid development of my country’s economy in recent years,the number of automobiles has continued to grow.Automobile manufacturers are scrambling to innovate and strive to meet more needs of market users,so that more and more functions are made of automobiles,and the increase in functions is also increasing.Means the increase in electrical equipment,and connecting these electrical equipment requires a variety of wiring harnesses.In the automobile manufacturing process,how to reduce the quality problems that occur when so many wiring harnesses are assembled is the most important thing.This article briefly introduces the types and layout principles of current vehicle wiring harnesses and fixed protection accessories.It analyzes the problems of automotive wiring harnesses in the production process of the automobile assembly production workshop,and uses the "3824 Rule" from the perspective of people,machines,materials,methods and environment.The five aspects of the identified,analyzed and improved for wiring harness problems,so as to reduce the frequency of wiring harness problems,thereby improving the quality of the whole vehicle assembly and enhancing the corporate image.
