摘  要:为了研究FDM 3D打印中常使用的材料作为机械结构件(阶梯轴)的可行性,采用三维建模软件设计了标准拉伸样件和阶梯轴零件,基于有限体积法,使用Ansys Workbench软件分别对三种材料PLA、ABS和PC进行模拟分析。结果表明,PC材料具有较高的屈服强度和较小的变形,抗拉强度和抗弯强度高,适合作为机械结构件。In order to study the feasibility of using materials commonly used in FDM 3 D printing as mechanical structural parts(step shafts).The standard tensile samples and stepped shaft parts were designed by using 3 D modeling software.Based on the finite volume method,the three materials PLA,ABS and PC were simulated and analyzed by Ansys Workbench software.The result show that the PC material has high yield strength,large deformation,high tensile strength and lowflexural strength,and is very suitable for mechanical structural parts.
