摘　　要：DF4DD型内燃机车机油压力低故障,严重影响柴油机正常工作。本文从机油粗滤器脏、机油系统泄油量大、主机油泵故障、机油稀释乳化等方面详细分析故障原因,并结合一次实际故障案例分析,提出相应的解决措施,以提高机车应用质量。The fault of low oil pressure of DF4 DD diesel locomotive seriously affects the normal operation of diesel engine.In this paper,the causes of the faults are analyzed in detail from the aspects of dirty oil strainer,large oil leakage of oil system,main engine oil pump fault,oil dilution and emulsification,etc.,and combined with an actual fault case analysis,the corresponding solutions are put forward to improve the quality of locomotive application.
