摘  要:研究土遗址裂隙修复过程中对浆-土界面干缩分异现象有显著抑制作用的SH-(CaO+F+C)浆液.通过对给定生石灰含量、设定梯度粉煤灰含量和水灰比的15组浆液的稠度、初凝时间、终凝时间与体积膨胀率及水化温度的系统测试,分析该浆液凝结过程中的状态量、过程量受粉煤灰掺量和水灰比影响的演变规律;进行凝结状态量、过程量与两个影响因子之间定性与定量的联合分析.结果表明,浆液凝结过程的状态量和温度变化特征同粉煤灰掺量和水灰比之间存在相关性,可根据现场条件调整浆液配比,满足裂隙修复过程中增大流动性、延缓初凝时间、缩短终凝阶段和膨胀率适宜的要求,实现SH-(CaO+F+C)浆液可灌性与加固效果的统一.We studies the SH-(CaO+F+C)grout,which has a significant inhibitory effect on the dry shrinkage and on the differentiation phenomenon of slurry-soil interface in the process of repairing earthen ruins cracks.This study conducted experiments on the consistency,initial setting time,final setting time,volume expansion rate and hydration temperature of 15 sets of slurries with a given quicklime content,a set gradient fly ash content and a water-cement ratio.The system explored the evolution law of the state quantity and process quantity affected by fly ash content and water-cement ratio during the coagulation process of the slurry,and carried out a qualitative and quantitative joint analysis between the coagulation state quantity,the process quantity and the two influencing factors.The results showed that there was a quantitative relationship between the state quantity and temperature change characteristics of the slurry coagulation process and the fly ash content and water-cement ratio.The slurry ratio could be adjusted according to the site conditions to meet the requirements of increasing fluidity and delaying the initial setting time in the practice of crack repair,shorten the requirements of the final setting stage and appropriate expansion rate,and realize the unity of the pourability of the SH-(CaO+F+C)grout and the reinforcement effect.
