摘　　要：目的:探究分析将标准化操作应用于血液样本检验室管理中,对二次穿刺率产生的影响。方法:选2017年9月至2019年6月为研究时段,检验室70名患者作为研究对象,单组内设置35名患者为对照组与实验组。对照组用常规护理,实验组用标准化采集模式,记录二次穿刺率、不良反应发生率、患者的满意度。结果:实验组中各项指标相较于对照组来说数据更优,统计分析差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:将标准化操作护理方案应用于其中,有助于最大限度地降低二次穿刺率,使患者的满意度得到提升。Objective: To explore and analyze the infl uence of standardized operation applied in blood sample laboratory management on the secondary puncture rate. Methods: From September 2017 to June 2019, 70 patients in the laboratory were selected as study subjects, and divided into control group and experimental group with 35 patients in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group, standardized collection mode was used in the experimental group, and the second puncture rate, the incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were recorded. Results: Compared with the control group, the data of all indicators in the experimental group were better, with significant difference in statistical analysis(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of standardized operation nursing plan is helpful to reduce the secondary puncture rate to the maximum extent and improve the satisfaction of patients.
